When will my order ship?
Before 2:00 PM on a business day: same day. After: next business day. Tracking lands by email when the label is created.
How much does shipping cost?
Flat $12 domestic, free over $200. Expedited options priced at checkout. Cold-chain packaging included where needed.
Do you ship internationally?
No — US only. No P.O. boxes for cold-chain orders, and no jurisdictions where receipt of research compounds is restricted.
How do I track my order?
Tracking is emailed on dispatch and updates through delivery. If it stalls for 10 business days, we replace or refund.
Quality & Testing
What does a COA actually cover?
HPLC purity, mass-spec identity against the target sequence, and LAL endotoxin screening — for your specific lot, not a catalog sample.
Who performs the testing?
Independent ISO/IEC 17025 laboratories. We never self-certify. Lots below the 99% floor are destroyed.
How do I match my vial to its COA?
Every vial carries a lot number. Open the same lot in the COA library — that certificate was generated for your batch.
What happens to lots that fail testing?
They never enter inventory. Material is quarantined on arrival; anything below spec is destroyed, never discounted.

What form do the peptides arrive in?
Lyophilized powder in sealed vials — more stable in transit and storage than solution. Reconstitute at the bench.
How should products be stored on arrival?
Per the label and COA — typically −20°C, protected from light. Short ambient transit is fine; room-temperature storage isn't.
Is bacteriostatic water included?
No. Laboratory reconstitution supplies are sold separately.
How does the weekly Lab Sale work?
Every Monday at 00:00 UTC, three compounds rotate in at 35% off. The trio holds for the week, then reshuffles.
Compliance
Can these products be used on humans or animals?
No. In vitro laboratory research only — never human or veterinary use, never diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.
Who is eligible to purchase?
Qualified researchers, 21+. Ordering confirms both, and that materials will be handled under laboratory controls.
Why might you ask for affiliation documentation?
If an order pattern needs verifying, a brief note on your lab or institutional affiliation resolves it.
Can I return a compound I no longer need?
Compounds can't be returned — once a vial leaves our custody, we can't verify handling. Sealed supplies return within 30 days, minus outbound shipping.
