Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Victory Peps collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we collect what we need to verify researchers, fulfill orders, and run the site — and we don't sell your data.
01Information we collect
Information you provide: name, email address, shipping address, institution or lab affiliation, order history, and any correspondence you send us. Researcher verification confirmations (age and qualification attestations) are stored with your account or order.
Information collected automatically: device and browser data, IP address, pages viewed, and referral source, collected via server logs and cookies described below. Cart contents and verification status are stored locally in your browser.
Payment information: when payment processing launches, card details will be handled directly by our payment processor and never stored on our servers.
02How we use information
- To verify eligibility and process, ship, and support orders
- To publish and match certificates of analysis to purchased lots
- To send transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates)
- To send marketing email only if you opt in — every message includes unsubscribe
- To prevent fraud, abuse, and diversion of research products
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms
05Retention & security
We retain order records as long as needed for support, legal, tax, and compliance purposes, then delete or anonymize them. Data is protected with industry-standard encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure — report any concern to the contact below and we will investigate promptly.
06Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below; we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Marketing emails always include a one-click unsubscribe.
07Children
The site is intended for qualified researchers aged 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21, and we delete any such data on discovery.
08Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site evolves (for example, when payment processing or analytics launch). Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date, and significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
