Terms of Service

The site and all products are offered exclusively to individuals who are (a) at least 21 years of age and (b) qualified researchers, laboratory personnel, or entities purchasing on behalf of a research institution. By placing an order you represent and warrant that you meet both requirements and that products will be handled only by persons trained in appropriate laboratory practices.

We may request documentation of your research affiliation and may refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including where we believe products may be diverted to non-research use.

Every product sold by Victory Peps is supplied strictly for in vitro laboratory research. Products are NOT for human or veterinary use of any kind; are not foods, drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices; are not for use in diagnostic or therapeutic procedures; and have not been evaluated or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Purchasing, possessing, or using products for any non-research purpose is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for compliance with all laws, regulations, and institutional policies applicable to your acquisition, storage, handling, use, and disposal of the products, including any licensing or registration requirements in your jurisdiction.

All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to acceptance by Victory Peps. Prices, promotions (including time-limited sales), and availability are subject to change without notice and errors may be corrected at any time, including after an order is placed. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Promotional discounts apply only during their stated window and cannot be applied retroactively or combined unless expressly stated.

We publish a certificate of analysis (COA) for each product lot, covering identity and purity testing performed by independent laboratories. COAs describe the tested lot only; they are not a warranty of fitness for any particular research application. Products are supplied "as is" for research purposes, and you are responsible for verifying suitability for your specific protocols.

Research compounds can be hazardous if mishandled. You assume all risk associated with the receipt, storage, handling, use, and disposal of products. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Victory Peps and its owners, employees, and suppliers from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your purchase, handling, or use of products, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Victory Peps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or research results, arising out of or related to the site or products. Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

All site content — text, graphics, logos, product artwork, and software — is owned by or licensed to Victory Peps and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not scrape, reproduce, or create derivative works from the site without our prior written consent. You agree not to interfere with the site's operation or attempt to access non-public systems.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Victory Peps is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction. We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes to order-related terms apply only to orders placed after the change.
