What is KPV?
Updated October 2026
KPV is a tiny three-amino-acid fragment of a much larger hormone — and that small size is exactly why researchers find it interesting.
What it is
KPV (lysine-proline-valine) is the C-terminal tripeptide of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH). It reproduces the portion of α-MSH associated with anti-inflammatory signaling in research models, without the pigmentation activity of the full hormone.

- NF-κB pathway studies
In blends
KPV is one of the four peptides in the "Klow" blend (with GHK-Cu, BPC-157, and TB-500). Supplied lyophilized for in-vitro research only.
